In terms of the marketing theory in market economy the development strategy is elaborated for construction enterprises. Meanwhile, based upon discussion on management ideas, strategic scheme, marketing strategies and other aspects author points out that innovative management idea is the fundamental assurance to improve management operation and development work for construction enterprises.
