介绍了精益生产方式的概念 ,阐述了需求拉动式生产方式在企业管理中的作用 ,指出需求拉动式生产管理方式是提高企业经济效益。
The conception of lean production is introduced; at the same time the role of demand oriented mode of production played in business management is elaborated. author points out that this production mode is a major measure to improve economic benefits and strengthen the competitive power of enterprises.
