摘要
从工程造价、工程经济以及招投标管理等方面对推行工程量清单招标的运行环境进行论述 ,指出只有逐步建立和完善各种配套制度 。
In this paper according to the running environment for carrying out engineering quantity list bidding discussion is made from engineering cost, engineering economy, bidding management and other aspects. Author points out that establishing and perfecting supporting system can create development space for engineering quantity list bidding.
