阐述了成本控制的重要意义 ,论述了成本控制的原则和方法 ,其目的是控制施工企业项目成本 ,提高企业效益 。
In this paper the significance of project cost control is elaborated. Meanwhile, the concrete controlling principle and methods are discussed in order to improve economic performance and make enterprises succeed in intense market competition.
