本文详细论述了我国研制 2 5MPa高压空气阀柱的必要性 ,重点对阀柱材料、密封型式等关键技术进行了研究 ,并通过样机试验成功地研制出符合我国船舶使用要求的插装式高压空气阀柱。

In this paper,the necessary of developing a 25MPa high pressure air valve stem is discussed,especially its materials and airproof type and other key technology are researched.By models and tests,a new combination type high pressure air valve stem that meet the needs for use to the ship of our country was successfully developed.
