我国塑料用荧光增白剂市场现状

Status Quo of China's Fluorescent Whitening Agent for Plastics Use

荧光增白剂用于白色塑料制品可显著改善产品外观的白度和光亮度,提高其商业价值。本文介绍了我国已生产的用于塑料领域荧光增白剂主要有双苯并(?)唑类型、二苯乙烯基苯类型及二苯乙烯基联苯类型共8个品种,并列出了国内主要生产企业。我国的塑料用荧光增白剂行业尚存在重复建设严重的现象,整个行业处于小、散、低的水平;科技投入少,发展后劲不足;产品标准化工作滞后;市场开发和服务需进一步加强。

Fluorescent whitening agent ( FWA) may improve the whiteness and gloss of plastics products and increase the product' s value. Eight kinds of home-made FWA used in plastics industry are introduced in this article i. e. mainly dibenzo-oxazoles, distyryl benzenes and distyryl biphenyls, and the main producers are listed also. It is pointed out that unnecessary repetition in construction is existing in China's FWA industry; the whole industry is small, scattered and at low Ievel; shortage of development potential with less investment and lagged action in niapping out product standards are also seen in industry. The market development and service are needed to strengthen fur-ther also.
