多种规则微造型表面摩擦特性的试验研究 被引量:23

摘要 比较了皮秒和纳秒激光造型表面的质量,采用皮秒激光进行了表面微造型,并用体视显微镜和WYKO形貌仪观察并表征了加工形貌。然后在UMT-2摩擦试验机上对光滑、凹坑、网纹和断纹4种形貌进行了摩擦磨损实验研究。实验结果表明:在低载高副低速条件下,试验因素对摩擦因数稳定值的影响由大到小依次为:润滑状况、形貌和载荷,试验因素对摩擦因数初值的影响由大到小依次为:载荷、润滑状况和形貌;根据正交试验,对于摩擦因数稳定值的影响,4种形貌优劣依次为凹坑、网纹、断纹和光滑;对于摩擦因数初值的影响,4种形貌优劣依次为凹坑、断纹、网纹和光滑。表面微造型能够显著地改善摩擦因数的稳定性。尤其在干摩擦条件下,光滑面的摩擦因数达到稳定费时较长,且稳定后存在较大振幅的波动;而造型面的摩擦因数则快速趋于稳定,且基本无波动。 A contrast test was done to analyze the differences between nanosecond laser surface texturing and picosecond laser surface texturing.Texturing surfaces were obtainded by picosecond laser and were characterized by the microscope and WYKO profile testing instrument.UMT-2 friction and wear tester was used to conduct comparative experiments among four kinds of micro patterns (untextured surface,crater,grid,grooves).The result shows that,on the condition of low load,high pair and low speed,experimental factors affecting the steady value of friction coefficient are,in a sequence of contribution,condition of lubrication,pattern and load,and experimental factors affecting the foremost value of friction coefficient are,in a sequence of contribution,load,condition of lubrication and pattern.According to the orthogonal experiment,good patterns are crater,grid,grooves and untextured in sequence for the steady value of friction coefficient,and good patterns are crater,grooves,grid and untextured in sequence for the foremost value of friction coefficient.An improvement in the stability of friction coefficient could be achieved by textured surfaces. In the case of dry friction,the friction coefficient of untextured-surface tends to the steady state at a long time and has a large undulation;but the friction coefficient of textured surfaces quickly tends to the steady state and has no undulation.
