摘要
介绍了综合传动的结构特征和磨损规律,利用原子发射光谱、铁谱和颗粒计数技术,对目前综合传动台架空载磨合和负载磨合的油样进行了分析。结果表明目前空载磨合的主要对象是含Cu元素的离合器摩擦副,负载磨合的主要对象是大量含Fe元素的齿轮轴承类摩擦副,且负载磨合能大大加快磨合速度,缩短磨合时间。基于油液分析的综合传动台架磨合期磨损规律研究方法是目前有效解决综合传动不开箱情况下进行磨合规范优化的有效方法。
According to the configuration characteristic of power-shift steering transmission,the running-in mechanism was introduced.By means of the AES,ferro-graphic and PODS monitoring techniques,the oils of unload and load running-in process of power-shift steering transmission were analyzed.The result shows the object of unload running-in is clutch which comprised Cu element,the object of load running-in is gear and bearing which comprised Fe element.Load running-in can quicken the running-in speed and reduce the running-in time.Oil monitoring techniques is the efficiency method to judge the running-in quality of power-shift steering which can not be opened after running-in experiment at present.
