摘要
针对W2P-X微型航空涡轮发动机设计并建立了其模拟转子试验台及油雾润滑试验系统,利用ANSYS有限元工程软件模拟了在油雾润滑系统下转子的温度场。结果表明:相对于传统压力循环润滑,该系统使润滑系统的质量至少减少20%。油雾润滑系统产生油雾所需的引气量占发动机进气量的0.13%;模拟转子及其轴承的温度随转速的增加而升高,当达到试验系统最高设计转速时,前后轴承外环的温度为43.7℃和38.5℃,完全满足转子轴承安全运转的温度要求。证明了该油雾润滑系统的可行性问题,并为进一步的试验研究提供了有用的参考。
The simulated rotor rig of the W2P-X micro turbine engine was designed and its oil mist lubrication testing system was built up.The temperature field was calculated by using of ANSYS 11.0.The results show that compared with traditional pressure circulation lubricating system,the weight of oil mist lubrication system decreases at least 20%,the demanded air flow of oil mist lubrication system is about 0.13% of the engine air flow.When the speed of rotor is increased,the temperatue of rotor and bearings is increased.When the sumulated rotor running at the maximum speed,the temperatures of the front and back bearing outer ring are 43.7 ℃ and 38.5 ℃.At this temperature,the bearings of rotor can safely run.The results prove that oil mist lubrication can be used in micro turbine engine.
