Data Collective System of Mechanical Seal Test Based on Labview

基于Labview虚拟仪器技术和GB/T14211-93《机械密封试验方法》规定的测试要求开发了机械密封试验数据采集系统。基于NIPCI-6221采集卡设计了数据采集系统的硬件构成,根据机械密封试验数据采集流程设计了数据采集的软件流程。对采集任务的设置和采样率的分配进行了详细分析,依据Labview的事件驱动划分了程序的功能模块,设计了仪器化的用户界面,介绍了采样原理、采集方法以及程序要点。试验表明该系统运行稳定、采集的数据可信,满足机械密封试验数据采集的要求。

The data collective system of mechanical seal test was developed based on Labview virtual instrument technology and the requirements of GB/T 14211-93 mechanical seal test methods.The hardware framework of the system was designed based on NI PCI-6221 data collective card,and the software procedure of data collection was designed in accordance with mechanical seal test data collective procedure.The analyses for the settings of collective tasks and the distribution of sampling rate were carried out.The equipping client inter-phase was designed based on the function module of the Labview event-driven procedures,focused on sampling theory,collective methods and programming key points.The test indicates that the system operates stably and the data collecting is credible,which satisfies the requirements of data collection for mechanical seals.
