摘要
对实际工作中的2700×3600型湿式球磨机传动齿轮副在润滑方面的问题进行了分析研究,并从密封装置、润滑方式、润滑油的选择及齿轮间隙的测量等方面提出改进措施,经生产运行,表明改进后传动齿轮副的润滑状况有了明显改善。
The lubrication problem of the 2700×3600 ball mill drive gear system in working was analyzed.The improvement measures were proposed from the aspects such as sealing device,lubrication form,lubrication choice and the drive gear space Measurement and so on.The production operation shows that the improved gear lubrication conditions are improved markedly.
