摘要
针对阿道尔夫往复泵泵阀精确运动微分方程在泵阀开启瞬间存在奇点的不足,综合考虑液体可压缩性、魏氏效应、液体连续流条件及泵阀运动的动力特性,建立了描述往复泵自动锥形阀运动规律的精确运动微分方程。该方程是关于液缸内液体压力、泵阀升程与泵阀运动速度的一阶常微分方程组。应用数值计算方法建立了泵阀运动规律的仿真模型,通过仿真计算,可以直观地了解泵阀开启时的压力波动,解释产生奇点的原因。
The Adolph accurate dynamic model cannot describe the movement of the reciprocating pump valve at the moment of opening, thereby a new accurate dynamic model for describing the motion law of an automatic conical valve is set up, in consideration of the condensability of the fluid, the Westphal's effect, the condition of the continuous flow of fluid and the dynamic characteristic of pump valve's motion. The new model is a first-order ordinary differential equation group for the fluid pressure in the cylinder, the lift of the pump valve and the velocity of the valve. The simulation model for the motion law of the pump valve is established by means of numerical calculation. By simulation calculation, the pressure fluctuation in opening the valve can be known, therefore the reason for the singular point of the model can be explained.
