摘要
通过对游梁式抽油机的运动情况和受力情况进行分析,提出了用力向量矢端曲线表示力的大小和方向的新方法,最后给出了算例和计算机仿真结果,在计算机仿真中用力向量矢端曲线形式形象、直观地反映出各铰链力的大小和方向,并且进行了比较分析,结果表明,随着摩擦力和抽油杆柱质量的增加,各铰链力向量矢端曲线的形状以及力的大小都发生很大变化。
Kinematic and dynamic analysis of beam pumping units is made, and it is put forward to use the force vector end curve showing the magnitude and direction. Case study and computer simulation results are presented. By means of computer simulation, the direction and magnitude of the forces at all gemels are imaged directly with their curve of vector end, and compared with each other. Analysis results indicate that the shape of the curves of vector end and magnitude of forces vary greatly with the increase of the friction force and the weight of the sucker rod.
