摘要
以甲基丙烯酸单体、耐高温树脂为主体材料 ,选择合适的氧化 -还原体系、稳定体系及其他助剂 ,研制出可在 2 0 0℃以上的温度条件下使用的厌氧胶系列产品 ,并测试了其相关性能。结果表明 :耐热系列厌氧胶在 2 0 0℃条件下 ,其强度保持率仍在 70 %以上 ,可以于 2 0 0℃以上长期使用。
Using methacrylate monomers and high temperature resistant resins (as the fundamental material) and selecting suitable a redox initiating system,a stabilization system and some other auxiliaries a series of anaerobic adhesives usable at high temperature(over 200℃) was prepared.The correlated properties of these adhesives were measured .The results showed that the strength retaining power at 200 ℃ is over 70% for the adhesives and they can be used at over 200℃ for a long time.
