有杆泵井最佳带产检泵时机研究与推广应用 被引量:1

摘要 通过对有杆泵井漏失后停产检泵和带产检泵的产油量和每吨油成本对比,研究了有杆泵井最佳检泵时机;建立了最佳检泵时机函数;利用计算机绘图,得到带产检泵和带产检冲的图版,正常日产量1~10 t的有杆泵井是图版的应用重点。2002年1~8月共实施带产检泵51井次,成功50井次,累计增油10 294 t,每吨原油成本26.68元,减缓自然递减率1.62%。产液单耗大幅度降低,平均产液单耗由16.9 kW·h/t降为7.1 kW·h/t。 Based on comparing the oil production rates and the costs for producing a ton of oil after pump check while stopping/continuing production on a rod pumped well with leakage, the optimal pump check time is investigated. The function for the optimal pump check time is established. By means of computerized drawing, the diagrams for pump check without stopping production are obtained. The pumps in 51 wells are checked according to the optimal check time diagram, and good effects are achieved.
