摘要
受多种因素的影响,井下工作的电潜泵系统绝缘降低到一定程度后可能导致电缆击穿,甚至烧毁电动机。为此而研制的电潜泵系统绝缘检测保护仪采用高压隔离和取样电路方法,可解决无法掌握运行中电潜泵系统绝缘值大小的问题,同时可对绝缘降到一定程度的电动潜油泵实施保护。室内测试结果表明,其精度高于常用的绝缘电阻测试仪表。现场应用表明,该保护仪可随时检测电动潜油泵系统绝缘值,反映系统绝缘变化趋势并可实施保护。
Decline of the insulation of downhole ESP system to a certain degree may result in breakdown of the cable and even burning of the electric motor. Thereby an insulation protection apparatus is developed. It adopts high-voltage isolation and sampling circiut to determine the value of the insulation of the ESP system in operation, and ensures the power being switching off when the value of the insulation declining to a certain given value. Room test shows that the accuracy of the apparatus is higher than that of the commonly-used insulation resistance testing device. Field use prove the apparatus can play a role of protection of the insulation of ESP systems.
