摘要
测量了不同偶联剂处理的TATB和常用粘结剂的接触角 ,根据几何平均法、调和平均法和调和平均方程计算了TATB基塑料粘结炸药的表 (界 )面特性参数 ,并利用XPS对TATB与高聚物粘结剂的界面特性进行了分析。实验结果表明 ,F2 3 14 作粘结剂可实现与TATB的较佳粘结 ;接触角法评价偶联剂对TATB的改性效果是可行的 ;TATB与F2 3 14
The contact angles of the refrence liquids on TATB treated with different coupling agents and some usual binders were measured, and the surface and interface parameters of TATB filled fluoropolymers PBX were calculated based on the theory of adhesion. The interfacial interactions between TATB and polymer binders were analyzed by XPS. The experimental results showed that F 2314 is an appropriate binder for TATB. The modification effect of TATB with different coupling agents can be estimated by measuring contact angles. The mainly interfacial interaction between TATB and F 2314 is the Van der Waals force between molecules.
