降酸缓蚀助剂在润滑油重质糠醛精制装置中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 润滑油重质糠醛精制装置的水溶液系统受酸性物质腐蚀影响,导致循环糠醛酸度偏高、糠醛精制油酸值高,容易造成基础油酸值不合格,导致基础油等级降低,经济效益损失以及装置管线设备腐蚀和结焦严重的现象。通过加注降酸缓蚀助剂,中和这些酸性物质,降低系统酸度,从而降低循环糠醛酸度、糠醛精制油酸值、铁离子浓度,减轻了管线、设备酸性腐蚀,达到良好的降酸防腐效果。 The aqueous solution system of heavy furfural refining unit for lubricating oil is affected by acid corrosion,which leads to high acidity of circulating furfural and high acid value of furfural refining oil,which easily leads to unqualified acid value and lower grade of base oil,loss of economic benefits and serious corrosion and coking of pipeline equipment.By adding acid-reducing and corrosion-inhibiting additives to neutralize these acidic substances,the acidity of the system and circulating furfural,the acid value of furfural refined oil can be reduced,the concentration of iron ion can be decreased,the acid corrosion of pipelines and equipment can be alleviated,with good acid-reducing and anticorrosive effect.
