月见草油对脑梗塞患者血清脂质、脂蛋白及载脂蛋白A—I水平的影响

The effect of Evening- Primrose- Oil on the levels of plasma lipids, lipoproteins and apolipoprotein A-I in cerebral Infarction Lu

本文报告59例脑梗塞患者治疗前后血清脂质、脂蛋白及载脂蛋白A—I水平的变化。其中月见草油组(32例)接受月见草油及常规药(低分子右旋糖酐、脑复康、维生素E);对照组(27例)仅应用上述常规药。治疗1月后月见草油组HDL—C、HDL_2—C、ApoA—I水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.001),TG、LDL—C水平及LDL—C/HDL—C、T—C/HDL—C比值较治疗前显著降低(P<0.001)。T—C水平治疗前后无明显改变(P>0.05)。对照组治疗前后各指标均无显著变化(P>0.05)。

Levels of lipids, lipoproteins and apolipoproteins in 59 patients with cerebral infarction were compared before and after therapy. Evening—Primrose—oil group (EPOG 32cases) was treated with EPO and routine drugs (low molecular dextran, piracetam, vitamine E), the routine—drug group (RDG 27cases) was treated only with above- mentioned routine drugs. After treating for one month the lab data demonstrated that the(HDL—c, HDL2—c and apo A—I levels in EPOG were significantly higher than)before treating (P<0.001), while TG and LDL—c levels, LDL—c/HDI—c and TC/HDI—c ratios were significantly lower than before (P<0.001). The TC and HDL3—c levels did not significantly alter before and after the therapy (P>0.05). All parameters above- mentioned in RDG had no significant change after treating.
