反复献血者、脑梗塞患者以及正常人血粘滞因素的研究

Viscosity factors of blood. A laboratory study in repeated blood donors, normal adults and patients with acute cerebral infarction

观察不同性别的反复献血者、正常人以及脑梗塞病人的血液粘滞性指标,对比结果显示三者的血液粘滞性指标有一定规律性变化。男女献血者血液粘滞性指标均低于正常人,而脑梗塞病人各项指标均高于正常人,与献血者比较差异有高度显著性,脑梗塞与献血者的粘滞性呈两极化倾向。献血女性与女性正常人之间的差异较男性之间为小。对出现以上变化的机制以及与缺血性脑血管病的关系进行初步探讨。

Viscosity of blood was compared among repeated blood donors, normal adults and patients with acute cerebral infarction. Date of viscosity in 51 male donors and 39 female donors were lower than that of the nomal adults. Data of viscosity of bloocl in patients with acute cerebral infarction were higher than that of normal adults, and significantly higher than that of blood donors (P<0.01,to P<0. 001). Difference was also related-to sex, being more apparent in males. Mechanism of difference in blood viscosity was analysed.
