重症肌无力与免疫活性

Immunocompetence in myasthenia gravis

本文报道54例重症肌无力患者的淋巴细胞转化率(LTR)、循环免疫复合物(CIC)、真L_gG、LgA、LgM、补体C_3等项检测,发现其中LTR低下,CIC、LgG、LgM增高,具有高度镌著性差异(P<0.01),且与病情正相关.有25例病人做了治疗前、后免疫活性检测对比,治疗后随病情好转,LTR、CIC、LgG相应改善,且有显著性差异(P<0.05),IgM虽有下降但无显著性(P>0.05)。这些项目可做为观察病情和疗效的参考指标。

The immunocompetence of 54 cases with myasthenia gravis were investigated, including PHA lymphocyte transformation rate (LTR). circulating immuno—complex (CIC), IgG, IgA, IgM, C_3 and C_4. The results showed that most cases had lower level of LTR, but had high level of CIC, IgG and IgM. The statistical dealing showed that they were significantly different from the controls (P<0.01). There were, positive correlation between the abnormality of the immunocompetence and the severity of the disease. Twenty five eases of them were examined before and after treatment. We found after therapy the immunological conditions were obviously corrected with the improvement of the symptoms, especially the level of LTR, CIC and IgG (P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01).
