论汉语失语检查法标准化

Exposition of standardized aphasia battery in Chinese

编制汉语失语检查法,国内不同地区22个单位参加协作。共测查语言正常对照组408例,首发急性脑血管病、CT示单灶病例508例,其中各型失语症(失读症、失写症)257例。经临床检验及统计分析表明,本汉语失语检查法符合神经心理测验标准化的要求,可供汉语失语症的临床及研究使用。讨论中,阐述了标准化检查法在临床及研究工作中的意义。

Aphasia Battery in Chinese (ABC) was designed. Twenty-two hospital located in various areas in our country joined this study. 408 subjects with normal language function were examined. 508 patients who had suffered from their first acute attack of cerebrovascular, disease and had single cerebral lesion demonstrated by CT scanning were investigated. Among 508 patients. 257 were diagnosed as aphasia (including alexia, agraphia). The results of clinical examination and statistics showed that ABC fulfills modern psychometric requirements. ABC can be used in clinical examination and research of Chinese aphasia.
