The Current Situation and Causes of Farmers'Income with Countermeasures

针对农民收入这一制约农业和农村经济发展的问题,在分析了改革开放以来农民收入增长状况的基础上,阐述了农产品价格下跌,非农产业发展、农产品供求关系改变等影响农民收入的因素,提出了稳定粮食保护价水平,积极稳妥地推进农村税费改革、调整产业结构和发展战略等促进农民收入增长的建议和对策。

Basing on the situation of increasing farmers'income since reform and opening-up,state some effect factors that the price of agriculture productions followed down,non-agriculture productions were developing and the relation of supply and remand was changed.Then the advices and countermeasures that steady protective price of grain,promote the rural tax reforming and adjust the industry structure and development strategy are advanced to increase farmers'income.
