摘要
客车径向转向架是解决旅客列车提速后轮轨严重磨耗和提高运行安全性的有效措施。文中详细介绍了200km/h电动车组控制车自导向径向转向架的基本原理和结构特点,利用计算机仿真技术优化了转向架径向机构的主要参数,对其动力学性能进行预测,并与试验结果进行比较。
Adopting the radial bogie is an efiective measure solving the wheel - rail serious wear of the improved speed car and improving running security. In this paper, the primary principle and structure characteristic of a self- steering radial bogie for the controlled car of 200km/h EMU are introduced in detail. The mostly parameter of the radial mechanism are optimzed by calculating machine simulation. The dynamic performance of the bogie is forecasted, and the calculating results are compared with the test results.
