Multi-distorted Invariant Pattern Recognition with Chebyshev-Fourier Moments

摘要 给出了切比雪夫 傅立叶的定义。在单位圆中,对26个大写英文字母进行规范化处理,并计算切比雪夫 傅立叶矩,经过畸变不变的规范处理,将切比雪夫 傅里叶矩用作多畸变不变的模式识别的图像特征。进行了位移、比例、旋转、密度多畸变不变模式识别,给出了26个大写字母识别的实验结果。 The definition of Chebyshev-Fourier moments(CHFM) was given, and the performance of CHFM was investigated concisely. Training set of the 26 capitals of English alphabet was normalized in the unit circle and the CHFM was calculated in unit circle. Using CHFM as recognition characters, the multi-distorted invariant pattern recognition of the alphabet was finished. The experiment was given.
