哈密八大石水库断层破碎带化学固结灌浆处理 被引量:2

摘要 新疆哈密八大石水库坝基f10和f11断层破碎带内岩体力学性能较差,对坝基承载能力及防渗影响较大,前期采用水泥灌浆无法满足要求。后期采用化学灌浆的方法对破碎带区域进行处理,选取CW510系列环氧树脂作为化学灌浆材料,并通过参数及工艺的调节对灌浆过程进行控制。现场压水检测、声波、孔内变形模量等测试结果表明,化学灌浆技术可有效提高断层破碎带的力学性能和完整性,是处理该类复杂基础灌浆问题的有效方法。
