摘要
为了采用体视化技术构建矿床模型 ,更有真实感地表达矿床这种具有体属性 (如组分、品位、岩性等 )、尺度巨大 (一般以千米计 )、形态不规则、且通常无法观测的三维地质体 ,对矿床体视化仿真中的体绘制方法进行了研究。通过分析光线投射法的基本原理 ,结合应用对象 (矿床 )的特征 ,提出了对光线投射法的 3点改进 ,从而改善生成图象的绘制质量 。
Mineral deposits are a kind of 3D geological body that possesses intrinsic attributes such as mineral composition, grade and mechanical properties, huge dimensions (generally in kilometer) and irregular shape, and is generally unmeasurable and unobservable. In order to model such mineral deposits by volume visualization technique, the related volume rendering method was studied. Based on the analysis of the principles of ray casting, three improvements were advanced, taking into consideration of the characteristics of the intented object (mineral deposit), so as to improve the rendering quality of the resultant image. An example of application is presented to show the effectiveness of the improvements.
