摘要
Objective To study the expressions of p27,cyclinE and analysis it s meaning in breast carcinoma.Methods By using tissue chip tech-nique creating80c ases breast carcinoma tissue chip.at the same time using the S-P immunohis-to chemical methods,the expressions of p27and cy-clinE in breast carcinoma tissue chip was studied.Results The positive rates of p27and cyclinE were38.8%and52.5%i n80cases breast carcino-ma respectively.A significant correlation was found be tween the lowexpression of p27,overexpression of cyclinE and metastasis of lymph node in breast carcinoma.A significant correlation was found be-tween the lowe xpression of p27and overexpression of cyclinE in breast carcinoma.Conclusion The expression of p27and cyclinE might be considered to be a reference indicator f or prognosis of breast carcinoma.The lowexpression of p27has an ability to effec t the overexpression of cyclinE in breast carcinoma.It is feasible to utilize ti ssue chip for a rapid,economic and accurate screening of clinical tissue specime ns on a large scale.
