顺峰阿奇霉素糖浆治疗支原体肺炎24例

Clinical Analysis of Treatment for Mycoplasma Pneumonia with Azithromycin Syrup

目的 观察阿奇霉素糖浆治疗支原体肺炎的效果。 方法 选择门诊婴幼儿支原体肺炎 2 4例为治疗组 ,应用阿奇霉素糖浆 ;2 0例为对照组 ,应用莱特新颗粒。 结果 治疗组显效 10例 ,有效 8例 ,总有效率74 .9% ;对照组显效 6例 ,有效 6例 ,总有效率 6 0 %。 结论 阿奇霉素糖浆口服吸收好 ,生物利用度高 ,血浆清除半衰期长 ,每天只需口服一次 ,口服三天后有效组织浓度可维持 10d 。

Objective To invesitgate the clinical effect of treatment for mycoplasma pneumonia with axithromycin syrup.Methods Azithromycin syrup was performed on 24 cases with mycoplasma pneumonia comparing with erythromycin ethylsucccinate on 20 cases in control group.Results The study group showed effective with 10 cases and valid with 8 cases,the response rate was 74.9%.The control group showed effective with 6 cases and valid 6 cases,the response rate was 60%.Conclusion Azithromycin syrup was absorbed well by per os with high bioavailability,long elimination half-life time.It was taken by one time for a day,and effective concentration can main 10 days after taking 3 days.The effect was good.
