青春期安氏Ⅱ~1类错减数第一双尖牙矫治前后牙颌面软硬组织X线影像变化

The Study on the Changes of the Soft and Hard Tissue Profile in Malocclusion of Adolescence Angle Class Ⅱ~1 after Treatment with First Premolar Extraction.

目的 比较青春期安氏Ⅱ1类错牙合减数第一双尖牙矫治前后的牙颌面软硬组织X线影像的变化。方法 选择 14例青春期安氏Ⅱ1类错牙合患者减数 4个第一双尖牙 ,对矫治前后牙颌面软硬组织X线头影测量结果输入计算机 ,经过SPSS 10 .0统计软件处理。结果 ANB值、上下切牙的唇倾度、面凸角、上下唇凸点至Ricketts平面的距离减小 ;上唇倾角、下唇倾角、上唇凸厚、鼻唇角以及上下唇角增大。结论 安氏Ⅱ1类错牙合患者减数 4个第一双尖牙 ,软硬组织变化一致 ,前牙覆盖正常 ,磨牙由远中关系变为中性关系。

Objective To analyze the changes of the hard and soft tissue profile in malocclusion of adolescence class Ⅱ 1 after treatment with first premolar extraction. Methods 14 adolescents with class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion were treated with first premolar extraction technique. X ray cephalometric analysis was performed with pre treatment and post treatment effects. All data were analyzed by SPSS software. Results Upper lip angle, lower lip angle, upper lip thickness, the nasolabial angle and upper lower lip angle increased. From upper and lower lip protrusion to Ricketts plane, ANB, 1 NA angle, 1 NB angle, facial protrusion angle decreased. Conclusion The changes of soft and hard tissue are consistent after treatment with first premolar extraction in the adolescent patients of Angle class Ⅱ 1. The improvement in molar relationship and overjet is achieved with upright and distal movement of the lower posterior teeth.
