摘要
本文对图书馆知识营销的概念和内涵进行了分析 ,并探讨了图书馆通过知识营销实现用户满意的有效手段和方法 。
In this paper,We analyse the concept and connotation of knowledge marketing,and discuss the artifice and way to come true user demand that library to get knowledge marketing across,and library should advert to the problem in knowledge marketing.
