Research on Multi-Leveled Simulation Model of Maintenance Support Process Based on Petri Net

基于Petri网的武器装备系统维修保障流程多层次仿真模型,从简单Petri网开始,用子网代替初始简单网的库所或变迁,自顶向下重复至理想的细化程度。系统的装备、资源及其动态协作关系用Petri资源、库所、变迁描述。其建模过程为:分析维修保障活动→划分活动为独立事件→建立保障流程描述的上层Petri网模型→分析独立的任务过程→得到子过程模型→基本事件的Petri网模型→利用模型仿真计算整个流程的参数及提出改进建议。并以飞机轮胎刹爆维修保障过程详述了该模型的建立。

The Multi-leveled simulation model of maintenance support process based on Petri-net begins from a simple Petri-net, and the store-place and transition of first simple Petri-net is replaced with the Sub-net. This top-down procedure may be repeated to the perfect degree of refinement. The resources, equipments and the dynamic relation between them in the system were described with Petri-resource, store-place and transition. The procedure of modeling is: analyze the action of the maintenance support→partition the action into some independent events→establish the top Petri-net model of the maintaining support process→analyze process of independent task→get the Sub-process model→get the Petri-net model of basic-event→use the model to simulate the whole process and calculate the parameters, and present improving proposal. Take the maintaining support process of the airplanes tyre as an example, and describes the modelling process in particular.
