摘要 使用EDA技术设计高速电路PCB所产生的电磁干扰,可通过如下方法抑制。选用低频电路芯片降低噪声。应用高精度稳态电源提高供电质量。串接终端电阻减小信号反射。加载滤波器减小信号传输过程的畸变。缩短高频器件间连线减小信号线间交叉干扰。分区布局强/弱电和数字/模拟等电路消除元器件间干扰。正确处理电源线和地线消除地环路干扰和公共阻抗。采用去耦电容消除高频干扰。 When PCB high-speed circuit was designed with electronic design automatic (EDA) technology, electromagnetism interference could be brought. It can be restrained by following methods. Yawp is depressed by low frequency circuit chip, power supply quality is improved by steady state power supply with high precision. Connects terminal resistance in series to reduce reflect of signal, add filter to minish signal aberration in transmission process. Shorten connect-wire between high frequency parts of an apparatus to lessen cross interfere among signal wires. Respectively position strong current/light current and digital /analog circuits to eliminate interfere among parts of an apparatus. Rightly lay supply wire and ground wire to eliminate ring-interfere of ground wire and communal impedance. High frequency interfere is eliminated with decoupling capacitance.
