摘要
采用90项症状自评量表和艾森克人格问卷对37名科技期刊编辑进行调查。结果显示:编辑心理健康状况良好,情绪的稳定性是其心理状况的重要影响因素。认为科技期刊编辑在面对各种压力时,要善于控制自己的情绪,维持心理上的完好状态。
Thirty-seven sci-tech periodical editors were surveyed with the symptom check list 90 and the Eysenck personality questionaire. Results showed that the psychological health status of sci-tech periodical editors was fine. The stability of emotion is the important effective factor on psychological health status. The results implicates that editors must control their emotions under pressure and maintain fine psychological health status.
