摘要 隐性知识是当代哲学、心理学和管理学中探讨的重大问题。本文力图通过文献研究,归纳隐性知识的本质与特性,阐明隐性知识的生成依据,探讨隐性知识的显现可能,提出隐性知识显性化在教育知识发展和教师专业发展中的意义。
