摘要
文章对现代图书馆进行参考服务质量评价的内容、标准进行了论述,试图说明从读者角度对参考服务进行确实的评价是图书馆提高其服务质量的根本所在。
The paper discusses the content and standard of processing reference service quality evaluation in modern library , and try to explain that a valid evaluation of the quality of reference service should take the readers requirement and could improve the service quality of library.
