摘要
苏霍姆林斯基不仅是一位著名的教育家,而且是一位精神巨子,他令人惊叹的精神能量激起了笔者不可遏制的探索兴趣。笔者与他文化背景不同,但能努力达到深入理解,因为人与人具有相同的心理结构,通过一个人的表达能够准确地理解这个人。笔者历时12年,沿着'依据文本世界再现生活世界、探究精神世界'的路径,以文献研究、关键人物访谈、实地考察为基本方法,数易文稿,终于写成了一部苏霍姆林斯基精神评传。在力保真实性的基础上,笔者努力按'精神传记'的文体规范,以马斯洛心理学为理论工具探究主人公的精神世界。同时,尽量让主人公自己叙说,由他的言行自然地引出恰到好处的简评。
Suhomlinsky is not only a famous educator,but also a spiritual giant.His amazing spirit of energy sparks the author’s interest to make an insight into his spiritual world.With a similar psychological structure,people can accurately understand other people’s thoughts through the analysis of one person’s expression,although the cultural background between people is different.Based on the theory of Maslow’s Psychology,and applying the method of literature research,key figures interviews and on-the-spot investigation,this paper summarizes 12 years of research on the Sukhomlinsky’s philosophy of education through a strategy of psycho-biography.
