摘要
核心素养作为21世纪全球化教育背景下对人格的深度探寻,已成为推动课程教学改革的支点,并形成了改革的新动力。有关核心素养的讨论还在继续,并形成理论上的价值合理性,进而意欲在实践上获得行动合理性。讨论的正当性在于如何辩证地看待其价值与问题共存。核心素养的价值主要表现在:树立教育性人格品质培育的目标,适应教育全球化的要求,实现个体创造性与教学综合化的内在需要。问题是两个基本的矛盾:来源矛盾和实践矛盾。来源矛盾是'人'的理想性与现实性,主要包括核心素养内涵的合理性与社会性建构的对立,根本在于事实描述与价值规范的矛盾。实践矛盾是理论同质化和实施操作异质化的矛盾,表现为原则的统一性与将其渗透到具体学科教学和教学环节时的碎片化。解决问题的基本向度是:对于'人'的研究要从认识论转换到存在论,即人是发展的状态,需要合理地区分为不同发展阶段与连贯发展相统一;建设本民族的核心价值取向,在形上与形下的张力中确定其基本内涵;核心素养的教学操作应停留于教学设计层面与学科化之前,基本策略呈现去学科性,如统整课程、教学行动化和面向主题式教学等。
As the exploration of personality depth for the background of globalizational education in the 21 stcentury,key competency has become the pivot to promote the curriculum teaching reform,and a new driving force for reform. The discussion of key competency is still on,and forms the rationality in theory and then desires to obtain action rationality in practice. The legitimacy of the discussion lies in how to dialectically treat coexistence of its value and its problem. The value of key competency mainly manifests in following aspects: establishing the goal of training educational personality quality to adapt to the demand of globalization of education, to achieve the integration of individual creativity and comprehensive teaching for inherent needs. The problems are two basic contradictions: the source contradiction and the practice contradiction. Source contradiction refers to people’s idealization and reality, which mainly contains the rationality of the connotation of key competency and the opposition of social construction,the root lies in the contradiction between fact description and value norms. Practice contradiction is the contradiction between the homogenization of theory and the heterogenization of implementation. The basic dimension of solving the problem is that theconcept of "people "is changed from epistemology to ontology,that is,people are the state of development, which need to rationally distinguish the unification and the continuous development,build the core values of the nation,and fix the basic connotation between metaphysics and physic. The teaching operation of key competency should focus on the area between teaching design and disciplinization. Basic strategies are presented to the off-discipline,such as the integrated curriculum,instruction acting out and the theme teaching.
