摘要
本文观测了FDP对老年CHD患者血浆LPD和红细胞SOD的影响,并与正常对照组作比较,结果为:CHD患者血浆SOD、红细胞LPO分别显著下降和增高;与5%葡萄糖液静滴对照,FDP治疗可显著降低LPO水平,但不伴有SOD的明显变化。提示FDP是保护缺血心肌的有效抗氧化剂。
The levels of plasma lipoperoxidate (LFO) and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase(SOD) was reported in 36 aged patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and effect of fructose-1, 6-diphosphate(FDP)on LFO and SOD. All patients were divided into two groups: FDP was given to treatment group(n=22),5% Glucose to control group(n=14). The results showed that SOD was lower and the LFO was higher in CHD group than in the normal control. Compared with Glucose control group, FDP treatment significantly reduced LPO levels but not increased SOD levels. Our findings suggest that FDP is an effective antioxidants for cardioprotection by attenuating oxygen free radicals-induced injury.
