业务可用性监控的模型设计与分析

Model Design and Analysis for Business Availability Monitoring

本文提出了信息系统中业务可用性监控模型,并结合网络系统的特点采用"分层设计"的思想建立了业务分析模型,同时引入了可靠性工程中的一些理论建立了业务组件间关联模型来表示业务组件的关联关系。该模型可以直观的表现出系统组件的可用性对系统业务可用性的影响,同时在系统业务出现问题时可以快速的分析出故障源。

A business availability monitor model of information system has been proposed in this paper. According to the charac-teristics of the network system, I established a business analysis model based on the idea of“layered design”. Also, the paper established the link between the business component model with bringing in some theories of the reliability engineering to representthe relevancy in the business component. This model can directly show how the components of the system availability will affect the service availability of the system, at the same time, we can quickly analyze the source of trouble when business problems occur in the system.
