摘要
本文介绍一种用于超高温度环境下的高精度温度采集记录仪,主要分析硬件的组成技术方案和软件接口协议。温度传感器采用高精度的DS1626U,微控制器为AT91SAM7S32-AU,设计接口有无线接口和USB转串接口,供用户进行选择,采用高分辨率的AD7794BRU对热电偶的输入信号直接进行采集转换,可同时对12个通道的信号进行采集并处理,还具有智能检测温度异常并给出预警提示功能。
A high-precision temperature collection recorder used in ultra-high temperature environments is introduced,mainly analyzes the composition technology solutions of hardware and interface protocol of software.Temperature sensor accuracy is DS1626U, microcontroller is AT91SAM7S32-AU, interface are wireless interface and a USB-to-serial interface for users to choose, high-resolution AD7794BRU collect conversion the input signal of thermocouple, while collecting and processing the 12-channel signal, further comprising detecting abnormal temperature and gives a smart warning prompts.
