摘要 为了解决装备管理过程中手工录入操作频繁、效率低、数据可靠性差且不容易动态跟踪装备使用和管理状态的问题,将QR(Quick Response)二维码应用于装备管理的动用使用、保养维修、出库入库和报废等环节。在分析QR二维码编解码的特点和关键技术,以及研究开源的1D/2D条码图像处理库ZXing的基础上,实现了适合部队装备管理使用的高可靠的QR二维码编解码。通过了解装备管理信息系统需求以及分析军队装备管理信息系统现状,提出了该系统应用QR码的整体架构,并对手持设备上信息采集客户端软件和装备管理信息系统终端进行了设计与开发,并验证了其可行性与便捷性。 In order to solve the frequent manual operation in equipment management process, low efficiency, poor data reliability and not easy to track the usage of equipment and management status issues dynamically,Quick Response Code is used in usage, maintenance, access management, disposal and other sectors in equipment management. On the base of analyzing Codec features and key technologies of QR code, as well as researching 1D / 2D barcode image processing open source library ZXing, this paper achieves highly reliable QR Code Codecappropriate for equipment management in troops. By acquiring the needs and present status of Equipment Management Information System, the overall architecture based on QR Code is proposed. Moreover,the information collection client software installed on handheld device and equipment management information system terminal is designed and developed.
