摘要 近年来,随着移动通信和移动地理信息技术的飞速发展,为地理空间信息的应用带来了新的机遇,使得基于位置的服务的研究显得尤为重要。实时监控系统的发展,伴随着多种产业需求的迅速发展。如今实时监控系统在很多领域都占据重要位置,特别是关乎安全的产业,对实时监控技术的需求达到了空前强烈的地步。实时监控系统通过传输视频设备所采集到的摄像头信息对特定的区域进行监控,与基于位置的服务结合能够实现特定的人或者物体的位置的跟踪。本系统将基于位置的服务和实时监控以及远程监控三大热点技术相结合,采用Web方式进行远程监控,实现对特定空间或区域的指定对象的跟踪,并且通过网络视频流观看跟踪对象的视频信息,根据跟踪对象移动自动切换视频源。本文提供了自动切换视频源的新技术方案。 Inrecent years, with the rapid development of mobile communication and mobile geographic information technologies, the application of geospatial information has brought new opportunities, making location-based services re-search particularly important. With the development of real-time monitoring system and various industrial demands. Today, real-time monitoring systems in many areas occupy an important position, especially in relation to the safety of the industry, the demand for real-time monitoring technology has reached unprecedented strong point. Real-time video transmission sys-tem through the monitoring device of the collected information of the camera to monitor a specific area, in combination with location-based services can be realized to track the location of a specific person or object. This system is based on the LBS, real-time monitoring and remote monitoring technology which are the most popular technologies.By using the Web for remote monitoring, we realize the tracking of the specified objector area, and could monitor the objects across the net-work video streaming.
