摘要
电子对抗指控系统不仅有驻车工作模式,还有行进间工作模式。传统试验时,仅在驻车工作模式开展对电子对抗指控系统的试验与评估,未能就其行进间工作模式下的能力和效能开展试验与评估。本文以电子对抗指控系统的指挥效能评估指标体系为基础,根据其性能指标的综合变化,提出了一种电子对抗指控系统行进间指控效能评估方法。该方法具有量化直观、有效可行的优点。
An electronic warfare (EW) C4ISR system features the maneuvering mode as well as the parking mode. Traditionally, the test and evaluation on EW C4ISR systems was only carried out in the parking mode, while their per-formance and effectiveness in the maneuvering mode have never been tested and evaluated. Therefore, a new evaluation method for the effectiveness in the maneuvering mode of EW C4ISR systems is proposed based on the changing per-formance results of criterion in the index system between parking and maneuvering mode. This method boasts quantifi-cation, directness, effectiveness and feasibility.
