摘要 针对专业群师资队伍建设存在的问题,以高职信息技术服务外包专业群(ITSOPC)为例,提出了教学团队扁平化建设思路,探索了课程包教学团队的建设方式,分析了教学团队"内培、内训"师资培养途径,重点讨论了校企互兼培养师资的三大路径,构建了"群内共享、校企互兼"的能工巧匠型教学团队建设模式,为信息技术服务外包专业群的教学和科研工作提供坚实的师资保障。 According to teachers' construction problems of professional cluster, the author takes higher vocational information technology service outsourcing professional group as an example.
