摘要
在数字电路实践教学中首次将数字集成电路的功能时序与驱动编程结合,对数字集成电路进行信号仿真,获得芯片的时序图,再根据时序图对芯片进行驱动程序的编写,不仅使学生深刻理解数字集成电路的基本原理和作用,而且提高了学生的芯片设计能力和驱动编写能力,提高了学生的学习兴趣。
The paper made sequence simulation on Integrated Circuits signals, and the functional signal sequence and device drive writing are combined to make the simplify the study process. It makes the students understand the IC's principles and functions, improve their hardware programming ability, and increase their interest at the same time.
