摘要 本系统基于java语言和Spring MVC框架,主要为物流管理系统客服管理人员开发,综合现有的物流交互平台和主流客户群体的需求,客服人员可通过已有的系统功能解决企业管理过程中的用户需求问题。包括从处理客户订单,到管理客户数据。结果表明本系统能够根据客户需求,为个人和企业提供多功能、全方位的物流服务,从而为顾客创造更多的价值,提高顾客满意度。 The system based on Java language and the Spring MVC framework, mainly for logistics customer service managers to develop.By integrated the needs of existing logistics interaction platform and the mainstream customer groups,customer service personnel can solve the problem of customer demand in the enterprise management through the existing system function,including from the processing of customer orders to the management of customers' data. The results show that the system can provide multiple functions and full range of logistics services for individuals and enterprises to create more value for customers and improve customer's satisfaction.
