摘要 针对宁夏天气预报质量检验与评估的应用现状,本文采开源FineUI框架设计实现了区级中短期天气预报检验评估系统,系统包括天气实况数据查询、预报质量检验、预报质量统计等功能,最后对系统的总体架构、数据库设计、数据交互机制和数据可视化等关键技术进行了详细阐述。应用结果表明,该系统能够提高宁夏全区预报质量检验业务的自动化程度和信息化服务水平。 To the application status quo of verification and evaluation for the quality of Ningxia weather forecast, the platform is designed and developmented by using open source Fine UI technology. The system has realized the function of the weather data query, the forecast quality test, the forecast quality statistics and so on. It also introduced implementation and design of system architecture design, database design, data exchange mechanism, data visualization in detail. The application results show that the system can improve the automation and information service level of Ningxia forecast quality test.
