以竞赛为驱动的应用型本科高校计算机人才培养模式探究

The Exploration of Computer Talent Training Model Driven by Competition on the Applied Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

本文以应用型本科高校中计算机人才的培养为着眼点,对竞赛驱动的人才培养模式进行探究,针对该模式的培养目标和特色,改革的具体内容进行了探讨,提出了一种以竞赛为驱动的计算机人才培养模式。本人才培养模式的实施,可有效的提高学生的实践能力,教师团队的实践指导能力及学生的就业率,为应用型本科高校中计算机专业的教学改革提供了新的方案。

In this paper, the training of computer personnel in applied undergraduate colleges and universities is the focus of this paper. Probing into the talent training mode of competition driving, the concrete content of the reform is discussed and a computer personnel training model based on competition is put forward. The implementation of this talent training mode can improve students' practical ability, the practical guidance ability of the teachers' team and employment rate of the students effectively. It could provide a new plan for the teaching reform of the computer major in the applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
