摘要
用特异性放射免疫分析法测定了74例原发性高血压(EH)患者血浆脑钠素(BNP)水平的变化,结果显示EH组血浆BNP(87.59±5.96pg/ml)的水平明显高于对照组(34.66±2.99pg/ml)(P<0.001),其升高的幅度与高血压的严重程度密切相关。提示在EH时,体内BNP的合成与释放增加,参与了血压的调节,在高血压的发病中具有一定意义。伴脑梗塞及眼底病变严重时,脑内BNP释放增加;有左室肥厚致左室顺应性下降,左房负荷过重,刺激心房肌细胞分泌过多的BNP;肾功能异常者,BNP的降解与排泄减少,均可致血浆BNP水平进一步升高(P<0.01~0.001)。
Serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) was determind in 74 cases with the essential hypertension (EH). The results showed that serum level of BNP in patients with EH was increased than in the control subjects (P<0.001), It was found that the height of serum BNP was closely correlated with the seriousness of hypertension. The results suggest that increased serum BNP may play an important role in the pathogenesis of EH. The serum level of BNP was significant higher in patients with cerebral embolism-severe change of fundus, left ventricular hypertrophy and renal damage than patients without such damages (P<0.01~P<0.001).
